Dr Maddicks has provided CPR 35 compliant expert evidence in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases for over 25 years, specialising in adult Neuropsychology/brain injury. His clinical experience spans work across NHS and independent settings, delivering specialist adult neuropsychological assessment/rehabilitation and service development work. His expertise includes assessment and treatment of patients following mild head injury, moderate-severe traumatic brain injury, stroke, anoxic brain injury and associated interventions with families, teams and broader systems. He has a strong interest and extensive experience of undertaking assessments of mental capacity.

He has been a Full Practitioner member of BPS Division of Neuropsychology since 2001 and is Health Professions Council Registered (HPC Registration Number PYL16142).

He offers training, advice and clinical supervision to other practitioners and has established strong reputational links with referrers and instructing solicitors within his specialty.
