Mr Frank Lee is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Neuro-Urologist. He read Medicine at the University of Cambridge and completed his specialist urology training in London. He is based at the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and has extensive experience in general, emergency, and neuro-urology.

He is regularly instructed in multi-track litigation by both claimant and defendant firms. His expert witness practice focuses on bladder dysfunction arising from spinal cord injury, cauda equina syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and pelvic trauma, including cases involving alleged negligence. He is described by solicitors and counsel as ‘highly regarded and sought after’. His reports are CPR-compliant, proportionate, and provide clear, case-specific opinions to assist the Court in its understanding of urological issues.
