A Chambers Model, Not an Agency
Pathway is structured on the model of a barristers’ chambers. It exists to support independent professionals within a collegiate and governance-driven framework. It does not place or control experts. It provides a stable professional environment designed to strengthen credibility and consistency across complex litigation.
Bespoke Legal and Clinical Training
Experts receive structured training in Part 35 duties, joint statements, and court evidence, alongside ongoing clinical development.
Administrative Efficiency
Pathway ensures medical records are paginated and chronologised before review. Experts are provided with secure, centralised access to documentation and imaging via a dedicated portal, reducing administrative burden and improving report completeness.
Imaging Coordination
Where imaging is required, Pathway coordinates new imaging to be taken and then provides secure access and integration into the expert’s review environment, ensuring the evidential picture is complete.
